Lumsden Grinding
Our lumsden grinding service is ideal when a bespoke thickness with tight tolerances, or a blemish free surface is required.
- Thickness tolerance +/-0.25mm as standard with the ability to achieve +/-0.1mm when required.
- Maximum grinding size: 2540mm / 100” diameter.
Heat Treatment
We offer an array of heat treatment services with temperatures up to 1200°C.

Drilling / Machining
As an additional service to aide our CE Marking compliance where profiled holes aren’t acceptable, we are able to offer a drilling and machining service.
Services include:

Press Braking / Plate Rolling
Our CNC Press Brake and Plate Rolling service compliments our CAD package and gives us the capability to produce something as simple as a formed channel or rolled cylinder to something more complex such as a square to round transition piece.
- Up to 3m long x 10mm thick pressing.
- Rolling from 3mm to 90mm up to 4m wide.
